This hotel is located in Al Aqiq Valley 7km west of the Prophet's Mosque. Built in 1980 according to an Islamic architectural design, the hotel hosts a courtyard steps away from the Prophet's Mosque where guests can enjoy snacks and beverages in-between prayers. Religious excursion programs within Al Madinah are also organised by the hotel as well as archaeological trips, to Madain Saleh and Al Ola. The hotel is equipped with many wedding halls, each accommodating over 600 people.

Managed to Lease the project facing the Prophets Mosque in Record time and successfully manage the project that served visitors to the Mosque.

Developed and Leased the Mall Tenant Fit-out Successfully. Owner took over shortly thereafter.

A Great Success Story where SAS Leased and Managed the Building after the Owner Sold it to a Fund. SAS increased its Rent from 1.8 Million SR to 5.14 Million SR in 5 Years and Managed the Building which incurred a 30% Capital Gain when the Fund had to Liquidate.

With its prime location next to compounds and new residential developments in Jeddah, it is near King’s Road which links most of the city’s affluent neighbourhoods.

SAS Developed the concept beginning with Leasing the Land, Conducting the Feasibility Study, Named the Mall, Developed marketing tools, Design Development, Assisting in Financing the Project and Advising on Redesigning the Mall then Leasing, Managing Tenant Fit-Out and facing an Unmaterialized Management Contract due to the Sale of the Project.
